The Difference Between Us And An
Estate Agent
We are not an Estate Agent, our aim is
to provide anyone selling a property with similar advertising and exposure they
would get with an Estate Agent. It is ultimately the property owners responsibility
to sell their own house. We do not act on their behalf. We do not value properties,
take details, conduct vewings and will not negotiate with any potential buyers.
Because of this fact property owners can sell their properties privately through us without affecting any 'Sole Agency' agreements they may

Due
to our extensive advertising campaign in local property papers and radio we
attract a varied range of properties in any particular area*.
We will only give you details of properties that EXACTLY match your search
criteria. You can view your results on a list or map. You can save your
searches and optionally get eMail alerts of any new properties matching your search criteria. Use the
'Quick Search' on the left or go to our

Selling?
You can advertise your house until
sold with full details and unlimited photographs on our site for just £45 including VAT.
To advertise to the widest
number of potential buyers you cannot rely solely on the Internet (not yet
anyway!). That is why at Direct Home Sales we are working closely with local
newspaper companies to provide you with a cost efficient mechanism for
advertising in your local property paper*.
Over the coming months we will be
continuing our national advertising campaign to help attract the maximum number
