Standard Package: Advertise on our site with unlimited photographs, full room
descriptions and downloadable details in PDF format. You choose how much of
your personal information is shown. You can track how many 'hits' your property
is getting (graph on left) and how many people have it on their shortlist.
Will advertise your property on a wide variety of online property portals and search
engines including fish 4 homes and PropertyFinder.com, the fastest growing property
portal in the UK. These property portals attract over 2 million unique visitors
a month (official figures for Feb 2006) and are particuarly useful for attracting
buyers that do not live in the local area.
The price is normally single payment of £45 until your property is sold, we are currently running a special FREE introductory offer .

With Direct
HS you get what you pay for. You
are in complete control of your own advertising campaign.
We offer a number of facilities to aid you in successfully selling your
property. You can do as much or as
little as you want by selecting any combination of services we provide.
To advertise to
the widest number of potential buyers you cannot rely solely on the Internet
(not yet anyway!). That is why at Direct Home Sales we are working closely with
local newspaper companies to provide you with a cost efficient mechanism for
advertising in your local property paper with the same exposure and professionalism as local estate agents.
Over the coming
months we will be continuing our national advertising campaign in papers and on
radio to make sure we gather the maximum number of potential buyers for your
property.
We are not an
Estate Agent, our aim is to provide you, the seller, with similar advertising
and exposure as you would get with an Estate Agent.
It is ultimately your responsibility to sell your own house.
We do not value properties and will not negotiate with any potential
buyers (although you can use our website as a communication tool to negotiate
offers). Selling your house
through us will not effect any sole agency agreements you may have in place.

our website and add your own photographs from a digital camera.
